Sales enablement platform ranks among top companies for growth and workplace culture

To determine the top 100 companies from the nearly 200 applicants, Crain’s Chicago Business partnered with Best Companies Group, an independent workplace excellence research firm, to determine which companies exceeded in prioritizing employees and creating quality workplaces. Determining the Best Places to Work in Chicago consisted of a two-part survey, including an employee questionnaire to gain insights into the company’s benefits, policies, practices, and more, as well as a confidential 78-question employee survey used to evaluate local employees’ workplace experience and culture.
