Carson Conant

CEO & Founder

Carson founded Mediafly in 2006 and has led the growth of its enterprise solutions that is being used by some of the world’s largest and most admired companies. Under his leadership, Mediafly has been ranked four consecutive times in Inc. Magazine’s “5000 Fastest Growing Companies” annual edition. When Carson is not traveling to be with customers, prospects, and shareholders, he spends time with his beautiful wife and two rambunctious children in Chicago.

John Evarts

As President & COO of Mediafly, John's had the opportunity to provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership since joining in March 2010. Over the last ten years Mediafly has earned awards from Crain's, Forrester, G2, Gartner, Inc. and SiriusDecisions including being recognized as a "Top Sales Enablement Provider", as one of "America's Fastest Growing Companies" and as one of "America's Best Workplaces". John is an MBA graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and enjoys public speaking with a focus on topics such as entrepreneurship, start-up M&A and fundraising. Outside of the office, John is an avid Chicago Cubs fan and is always looking forward to taking the next trip with his wife and two amazing kiddos.

Keith Parrish

Keith Parrish is the CFO at Mediafly. Keith joined the Mediafly team through Mediafly’s 2019 acquisition of iPresent, a UK-based sales enablement provider at which Keith was CEO. As a UK qualified Chartered Accountant, he has primary responsibility for all aspects of the financial management of the business including managing Mediafly’s global finance team. When out of the office, Keith is an active participant in a number of sports but is usually found out on his bike.

Jason Shah

Jason leads the product management and engineering teams at Mediafly. He is responsible for owning product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring customer needs are met by providing the best solution. Jason oversees and drives complex partner integrations with companies such as Salesforce and SAP. Jason is an avid bike commuter (including -20°F Chicago winter days) but hasn’t convinced his wife or twins to join him.

Tom “The ROI Guy” Pisello is an entrepreneur, speaker, and author of the book Evolved Selling™: Optimizing Sales Enablement in the Age of Frugalnomics. He joined the Mediafly team in 2018 through the acquisition of the company he founded and led, Alinean Inc. In his role as Mediafly’s Chief Evangelist, Tom is responsible for developing new practices for sellers and marketers to communicate and quantify business value to increasingly frugal buyers. He also leads Mediafly’s Advisory Services group in helping companies evolve their selling practices from transactional to value-led. Outside of the office, he is the proud father of two daughters.

Isabelle Papoulias

Isabelle oversees all of Mediafly’s marketing efforts, working closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure continuous growth. She first joined Mediafly as a sales director, before quickly transitioning to build Mediafly’s marketing engine from the ground up. Prior to Mediafly, Isabelle started her career in quantitative research. From there, she spent the majority of her 20+ year career working for ad and media agencies in global account management roles for Fortune 500 brands across industries like tech, finance, retail and CPG. Isabelle is also a dance instructor, teaching locally in Chicago and across the US. She calls it her “professional hobby".

Tony Kavadas

Joining the company in 2016, Tony is responsible for creating a strategic vision to propel Mediafly’s partnerships forward on a global basis. He leads and manages Mediafly’s global expansion and team in EMEA. Tony is a driver for Mediafly managing change while making decisions to support market conditions.

Nathan was the founder and Managing Director of UK-based visual communication specialists Presentify Ltd, and joined the team through Mediafly’s 2020 acquisition of the business. A seasoned and successful sales and business development leader, he’s worked with forward thinking companies around the world to apply story or narrative context to clearly articulate content in a visually supportive manner. Through his efforts, he's helped clients to ‘tell their story’ in a compelling way and sales teams to sell more.. With a career in sales and business development in excess of 30 years, Nathan has held senior and leadership roles with companies including Bottomline Technologies, CyberSource (a VISA company), and J.P. Morgan, as well as numerous advisory and consulting engagements. Away from the office, Nathan enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and Airedale Terrier, Rusty.

As SVP of Customer Experience, Jodie dedicates her focus to addressing all customer-facing needs post-sale to ensure customer delight, retention and growth. She is responsible for Mediafly's Implementation and Onboarding, Customer Success and Technical Support teams. She is passionate about building relationships across various levels of the customer organizations to understand their evolving needs and how Mediafly will help them grow through their sales enablement journey. Outside of work Jodie loves outdoor activities in her native Minnesota, and hanging out with her husband and 3 amazing children.
