Sales enablement platform ranked No. 12 in small company category
CHICAGO — April 15, 2019 — Mediafly, a sales enablement platform that enhances how sales organizations engage buyers, today announced being recognized by Crain’s as a finalist in the 2019 Best Places to Work in Chicago, ranking No. 21 in all of Chicago and No. 12 in the small business category. Headquartered in the Loop, Mediafly proudly employs 80 “Flyers” in the United States and Europe. This is the second year in a row that Mediafly has been recognized for this award.

This year, Crain’s Chicago Business partnered with Best Companies Group to identify companies that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for employees. The survey included more than 4,500 employees in the Chicagoland area and the awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the 100 best companies to work for in Chicago.

Determining the Best Places to Work in Chicago involved a two-step process. The first step consisted of evaluating each participating company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25 percent of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of employee surveys aimed at assessing the experiences and attitudes of individual employees with respect to their workplace. This part of the process was worth approximately 75 percent of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the best companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final ranking.
