Mediafly Earns Spot on Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies List for 8th Consecutive Year

By Hans Brieden | August 17, 2021

Two, four, six, eight, who do we appreciate? Our team, clients, partners, and the many others who have driven the success of Mediafly over the last year, of course. It’s thanks to you that we find Mediafly earns a spot on the Inc. 5000 ‘Fastest Growing Companies’ list for the eighth year in a row! Even better, we jumped 280 spots from our 2020 ranking.

Let’s take a look back at how we got here.

Mediafly Secured $25 Million to Accelerate Growth and Customer Value

With an insatiable hunger to innovate our product and drive more value for our customers, we secured $25 million in late January 2021. Mediafly has used the funds to supercharge our winning product and market position, boosting team resources across the entire organization, specifically in product innovation, global sales expansion, customer success, consulting services, and marketing.

As a result, we’ve added some exciting new capabilities to our product suite including::

Broadcaster

Broadcaster further enhances revenue teams’ ability to share high-quality, interactive content during virtual meetings, delivering an inspiring content engagement experience for buyers that drives revenue.

Copilot

Copilot is a new interactive feature that allows revenue teams to record videos of themselves to provide personalized context on sales, marketing, demo, and training content.

Self-Authoring Capabilities for Marketers

Using Mediafly’s quickstart Tool Builder offering, marketers can easily and flexibly create value marketing tools such as ROI calculators and value assessments for demand generation and engage today’s more frugal buyers earlier with value-based stories and quantifiable outcomes.

Mediafly Grows ‘Flyer Movement’ and Establishes Champion Culture

According to a PwC study, 83% of employers say the shift to remote work has been successful for their companies. As many businesses adapt to this new work environment, Mediafly is further investing in a culture around digitally enabled experiences, equipping customers and employees with best-in-class technology to drive efficiency and ensure success. Through these efforts, Mediafly continues to attract top talent across all areas from sales and marketing to product and customer success, and has grown our team of ‘Flyers’ by more than 40% since last year.

To ensure we keep our Flyers’ best interests at heart, we’ve implemented the following:

New Work From Home & Return to Office Policies

Remote work is here to stay, and all positions at Mediafly have been made fully remote to accommodate the changing times. Our downtown Chicago office has re-opened for employees to meet with coworkers and return to a familiar space under the proper guidelines, but returning to the office is optional and not required.

Weekly All-Hands Meetings

Keeping all team members informed, aligned, and engaged has been a top priority for the Mediafly leadership team. Our weekly All-Hands Meetings boast a 97% attendance rate

“Do Not Book” Fridays

As we make our way through the summer months, this policy provides a break from Zoom meetings, an opportunity for productivity without interruption, and  the flexibility for Flyers to take time off to recharge without having to rearrange busy calendars.

Mediafly Helps Customers Seamlessly Adapt to New Digital Selling Environment

As adjustments were made to accommodate our employees’ productivity and well-being, Mediafly also adjusted to the changing demands in the market. How are we helping customers get or keep the technology they need to meet their revenue targets while continuing to meet our own?

Getting the most out of a sales enablement platform means transforming ordinary (often boring) content into extraordinary sales stories that stand out. Mediafly’s platform enables marketers and sellers with interactive presentation capabilities and value selling tools, providing an immersive content engagement experience (CEx) that uncovers unmet needs in a collaborative and engaging way.

Our new “Jumpstart” product offerings allow customers to take advantage of our best-in-class solutions at faster rates to more easily and seamlessly make the transition to digital selling.

And with remote buyers doing more self-guided research before engaging with a sales rep, the new Mediafly Content Hub ensures marketers can offer buyers intelligent and personalized content, track buyer engagement with said content, and enable the seller to pick the conversation up exactly where the buyer is on their journey
