“Death by PowerPoint” happens when sellers use presentations poorly in hopes of fueling customer engagement. Let’s be real: You likely arm your reps with PowerPoint presentations. However, your decks may be promoting more harm than good. Heavy slides, disorienting graphics or a dysfunctional slide deck can put a damper on your credibility.
