3. It requires another 10 minutes to deliver each DVD.
4. The cost of a DVD, case, ink, and power is $1.
5. Employees working on DVD creation make $40,000/year.

These are reasonably conservative assumptions. For example, we are not including the cost of postage to ship a DVD to a foreign location. We are also not including the cost of losing a DVD – hard costs such as combating piracy and engaging law enforcement, and lost revenue.

With these assumptions, our studio customer is spending nearly $700,000/year only in DVD creation and distribution.
