Mediafly Planning for 2015

By John Evarts | October 23, 2014

IMAG0525For Mediafly, the fourth quarter is always an exhilarating time as we bring on new customers, expand with current customers, add team members and begin planning for another successful year.

As we review our third quarter success and focus turns to the plan for next year, we are keeping 3 key principles in mind:

  1. Focus on technology first. Our technology and approach to innovation is the reason why we are successful.  The rapid growth that Mediafly has achieved is only possible if we continue to provide our Fortune 500 customers with a world class, award-winning content mobility platform.
  1. Only hire the best. Given the impact that hiring one superstar can have on an organization, as we plan to increase the pace of hiring in 2015, we must ensure we are attracting and retaining only the best.
  1. Double down on those things that make us great. It is extremely exciting to be a part of a company that is competing directly with established enterprise software providers — and winning. We must continue to invest in those areas, like our initiatives in Customer Success, that will continue to establish Mediafly as a trusted partner of the world’s most admired companies

At Mediafly, we pride ourselves on never being “just another vendor”. Rather we are strategic partners, passionate about delivering on the promise of delighting our customers. As we continue our planning for 2015, these preparations will only enhance our ability to deliver on that promise even as we focus on closing out what has already been a record-breaking year for us. By enhancing our award-winning platform, hiring only best and investing heavily in areas like Customer Success, 2015 promises to be a very special year indeed.

Check back as we refine our 2015 strategy and execution plan! It’s going to be another stellar year.
