Skillsoft wanted a way to consultatively engage with prospects and customers about their skilled talent and learning strategies and practices. The goal, help prospects uncover challenges with their current strategies, and help them understand the high cost of “do nothing” and potential value in improving with Skillsoft.
Skillsoft collaborated with Mediafly to develop an interactive self-service calculator that Skillsoft could use in marketing and BDR outreach campaigns with new prospects, as well as engage consultatively with prospects and customers via sales reps. The tool helps Skillsoft engage earlier, higher and more effectively, using a discovery assessment and value based approach as opposed to pitching products, services and features.
