I had the pleasure of interviewing successful sales leader turned entrepreneur Stan Carpenter.

He is currently the founder and President of Alterna Capital Solutions, providing alternative funding for small businesses, and prior, a sales leader for LSQ Funding, Sara Lee and Kellogg.

Stan had a lot to share. One topic I truly resonated with was his philosophy on hard work…

“I think that sales is more directly correlated to hard work than anything else. You know, if it takes ten intriductions to get a deal done, then you have to do twenty to get two deals done.

My Philosophy was nobody was gonna work harder than I was.”
