Webex wanted to help their customers and prospects better understand the challenges of
optimizing remote work, returning to the office, creating a support culture and securing and managing a hybrid work environment to success.
In order to do this, they wanted to provide a mechanism for prospects and customers to evaluate and benchmark your organization’s hybrid work capabilities, and obtain detailed guidance on next steps to drive improvements.
Webex turned to Mediafly to help build an interactive assessment tool, providing a self-service asset that Webex could use to fuel reach out and engagement campaigns, and provide prospect and customer education and advice.
In ten minutes or less a prospect or customer could take an assessment on their hybrid work readiness, see how they scored and compared to peers, and get specific advice on how to drive improvements.
The tool is successfully being used to drive incremental marketing opportunities, inspire buying cycles and drive consultative sales engagements with prospects and customers.
