Fly on the Wall: A Look at Mediafly’s Culture and Our People

We love ping-pong at Mediafly (and Peapod and our beer cart…and ping-pong), but a great culture goes beyond having awesome perks. What makes this company really special—and what makes me truly fortunate as a CEO—is the group of stunning Flyers we’ve brought together above the Magnificent Mile.

We want to highlight a few of the people that make Mediafly a unique place to work—first up as part of our Fly on the Wall series, we put the spotlight on one of our sales directors, Christy Wiggers.

Beyond bringing in customers and expanding contracts, Christy is a lively presence that brightens any room (or open office, for that matter) that she’s in with energy and humor. In addition to her work at Mediafly, she mentors startups through The Junto Institute. I’ll let her take it from here:

One of the key members of the product team, Karl Grzeszczak, prevents and solves problems bigger than how to pronounce his last name (which is easier than it reads). Like several other Flyers, Karl is a major contributor to the open source community. He also plays a mean sitar:
