Carson founded Mediafly in 2006 and has led the growth of its enterprise solutions that is being used by some of the world's largest and most admired companies. Under his leadership, Mediafly has been ranked four consecutive times in Inc. Magazine's "5000 Fastest Growing Companies" annual edition.
When Carson is not traveling to be with customers, prospects, and shareholders, he spends time with his beautiful wife and two rambunctious children in Chicago.
John has been honored to serve Mediafly since 2010 providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership. Under his guidance, the company has earned recognition by Forrester as one of the top sales enablement automation providers and by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
An MBA graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, John enjoys speaking on topics such as start-ups, finance, and enterprise software.
Lou JacobVP of Customer Success
Lou is responsible for all areas of Customer Success as well as Customer Support. The team guides customers to attain their goals, ensuring adoption and the best alignment of Mediafly's technology with customers' business challenges. Lou joined Mediafly in 2011 and is a key player in strengthening the solution's user experience to deliver a greater value to customers.
Lou is an avid sailboat racer, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, Larry and Bernie.
Tony KavadasEVP of Global Alliances
Tony leads and manages Mediafly's Global Alliances team, working to expand business and enhance relationships through partnerships. Joining the company in 2016, Tony is responsible for creating a strategic vision to propel Mediafly's partnerships forward on a global basis. He leads and manages Mediafly's global expansion and team in EMEA. Tony is a driver for Mediafly managing change while making decisions to support market conditions.
Isabelle PapouliasVP of Marketing
Isabelle oversees all of Mediafly's marketing efforts, working closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure continuous growth. She is responsible for the management of Mediafly’s brand communications and demand generation efforts, including digital marketing, creative development, agency relationships, content and events.
Isabelle is also a dance instructor. She teaches locally in Chicago and across the US. She calls it her "professional hobby."
Keith ParrishEVP European Operations
Keith Parrish is the EVP European Operations at Mediafly. Keith joined the Mediafly team through Mediafly's 2019 acquisition of iPresent, a UK-based sales enablement provider at which Keith was CEO. His primary responsibility is to grow Mediafly's EU presence but as a Chartered Accountant, he also brings expertise to Mediafly's global finance team. When out of the office, Keith is an active participant in a number of sports and can often be found on his bike.
Tom PiselloChief Evangelist
Tom “The ROI Guy” Pisello is an entrepreneur, speaker, and author of the upcoming book Evolved Selling™: Optimizing Sales Enablement in the Age of FRUGALNOMICS. He joined the Mediafly team in 2018 through the acquisition of the company he founded and led, Alinean Inc. In his role as Mediafly’s Chief Evangelist, Tom is responsible for developing new practices for sellers and marketers to communicate and quantify business value to increasingly frugal buyers. He also leads Mediafly’s Advisory Services group in helping companies evolve their selling practices from transactional to value-led. Outside of the office, he is the proud father of two daughters.
Jason leads the product management and engineering teams at Mediafly. He is responsible for owning product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring customer needs are met by providing the best solution. Jason oversees and drives complex partner integrations with companies such as Salesforce and SAP.
Jason is an avid bike commuter (including -20°F Chicago winter days) but hasn't convinced his wife or twins to join him.
Matt leads the sales and business development teams at Mediafly, driving overall revenue growth and guiding the company to better understand the enterprise sales cycle. Since joining the company in 2010, Matt has been integral in adding and growing the company's customers across different verticals. As a member of the executive committee, he also guides the overall strategy for Mediafly.
