For this installment of our Thursday Thoughts, we continue to delve into the world of TV shows in search of the greatest sales pitches. This week, we turn from fictional characters to reality TV, as Mediafly Sales Director Tom D’Amico shares a particularly effective pitch given by two sellers on Shark Tank.

Below Tom discusses his pick:

“I think some of the best sales pitches I’ve seen and heard on television are from the show Shark Tank. There are so many that it’s hard to choose which one is the ‘best’ but here is one that I thought was pretty outstanding. The product is called Drop Stop and it basically keeps objects from falling into that crack between your car seat and the center console.

I picked this for a couple of reasons: The first being the sellers are very enthusiastic about their product. Secondly, they focus their pitch on solving a common problem rather than on product features. Lastly, they handle questions and objections with clear, concise answers.”
