SalesKit is a software-as-a-service Sales Enablement product. SalesKit is made up of two key components:
- Apps as a Managed Service: We release and upgrade native apps as a managed service to the application stores (Apple App Store, Android Market, Amazon Appstore, etc.) on the platforms you choose.
- mPlatform: Our comprehensive cloud-based solution that helps you upload, organize, optimize, and secure your content.

What is SalesKit?
SalesKit is a software-as-a-service Sales Enablement product offered by Mediafly. Available on your iPhone, iPad, Android tablet and phones, Mediafly SalesKit offers industry leading features and tools to help you engage with your customers.
Can I customize the apps?
Yes! You can provide the graphics, boot and banners for each of your applications. See the examples above to experience how deeply you can customize your apps. If you require further customization, please contact Mediafly Enterprise Sales for more information.
Is it easy to change my content or its organization?
Yes! Simply log into your Mediafly Publisher account and make your changes there. New content goes live within a couple of hours. Organization changes go live immediately.
How much storage is included?
SalesKit offers 4TB of storage each month. Each GB beyond 4TB costs $0.15.
How much bandwidth is included?
SalesKit offers 4TB of bandwidth each month. Each GB beyond 4TB costs $0.25. 4TB equals around 16,000 hours of mobile-quality video, or 7,000 hours of TV-quality video.
How do I pay?
For Medium and Enterprise accounts, Mediafly bills annually in advance. We can accommodate invoicing for these accounts.
What happens if I decide to cancel my account?
If you cancel your account, we will remove your apps and content from our platform within 10 days.
Do I get source code for the apps?
Mediafly retains all source code. All content you upload remains your property.
What graphics do we need to create?
We offer graphics creation as a part of the Medium, and Enterprise packages. Please send us an Adobe Illustrator (preferred file-type for any logo), large Adobe Photoshop, large PNG, or large JPEG file to begin.
How long does it take to build a custom SalesKit app?
Once we have your graphics and platform selections approved, we can usually turn around your apps within 1-2 weeks. Once we receive your approval, we will submit your apps to the relevant app stores/markets. Approval times vary by store, as follows:
- Apple App Store: 2-3 weeks, assuming app is approved on first submission
- Android Market: immediate
- Flash Player: immediate, as there is no application store
- Roku Channel Store: 2 weeks, assuming app is approved on first submission
- Boxee: 2 weeks, assuming app is approved on first submission
What kind of support do you provide?
We provide email support, and strive to respond within 1 business day. For customers who purchase the medium package, we strive to respond within 4 business hours. Enterprise customers will receive responses within 4 business hours or sooner as well.
Of course, our business depends on our customers’ satisfaction. If larger issues arise, we are happy to jump on the phone with our customers.
Does SalesKit support live streaming?
Yes! A live stream is another entry within the Mediafly app on supported platforms (iOS, Roku, Android 2.2+, and more). Pricing for live stream support starts at $1,000/month, with a one-time $500 setup fee. Please contact Mediafly Sales for more information.
