Ingest options
Mediafly offers two ways to ingest your content, metadata and hierarchy to your ProReview screener: using our web-based Publisher platform, or with a server-to-server enterprise integration with the Mediafly Media Bridge or Apple® Automator scripts. In any case, integration into your workflow is easy: simply upload your video, PDFs, documents, images, scripts and audio into Mediafly, and Mediafly takes care of formatting, transcoding, encrypting, and securing your media for all of your users’ devices.
Access management made simple
Enforcing your organization’s complex screening access rights is easy with ProReview. Manage rights by group, title, cut, network, show, content type, episode, script, any way you want to, with our web-based administration tools. Delegate control to administrators and sub-administrators throughout the organization. Allow or disallow offline access to specific titles. Organize users into roles and manage rights in bulk. Or, we can integrate to your LDAP or Active Directory systems to centralize account management.
Security, encryption and DRM
Media is your lifeblood, and we keep it secure with the Mediafly DRM system. Mediafly DRM ensures: media is always encrypted, key exchange is secure, and content policies can be enforced. We provide encryption at rest, in transport, and offline, by building on industry-leading technology (AES-encrypted HLS, Adobe® HDS, pRTMP, RTMP-E, and more). We can lock access to specific devices, IP addresses, and more. We strictly enforce content policies both online and offline, through our “phone home” remote wipe technology.
