About Amazon Appstore

Amazon Kindle is the world's most popular e-book reader.  In late 2011, Amazon announced the release of the Amazon Kindle Fire, Amazon's first e-book reader that has access to an app store.  At $199, the Kindle Fire is set to take the tablet world by storm.

Mediafly and Amazon

In March 2011, Amazon launched the Amazon Appstore.  Mediafly quickly became one of the leading publisher of apps on the platform, with nearly a dozen apps.  Since then, the apps have been downloaded thousands of times.

Amazon Appstore apps are based on Google's Android Operating System, which have been downloaded hundreds of thousands of times.  The application won The Sprint 4G App Challenge in December 2010 and placed in the top 5% of all apps submitted to the Android Developer Challenge 2 in October 2009.  With a number of features optimized for Android devices, it continues to be a leading platform for Mediafly.

Mediafly is optimizing the application for the Kindle Fire and all devices that Amazon will make available.  To try any of the Mediafly applications on Amazon Appstore, search for "mediafly" on the Appstore or Amazon.com today.
