Our guest Matt DeAngelis, of Pets Alive Sanctuary in New York talks about their offer to NY ASPCA to take in Oreo an abused dog first rescued, then used as poster dog for the NY ASPCA. Oreo was destroyed and has become the inspiration for Oreo's law, proposed NY legislation to give rescue animals a final chance.
